Our North American (certified ASME) tank fabrication shop is a business counting more than 25 years of experience that specializes in the design and fabrication of stainless steel and special alloy equipment for the food, pharmaceutical, biotechnological, gas and oil, nutraceutical, agricultural, and chemical industries. Our accomplishments range from complete turnkey projects (design, fabrication, installation, automation, etc.) to the simple fabrication of vessels from 25 to 500,000 litres and any combination you can imagine between.

Our experienced fabrication team counts on the experience of our over $350 million worth of successful projects varying from $50,000 to $15 MM.

We have a modern shop of 40,000 square feet with height under hook of 40 feet and a tower of 70 feet. Our shop is equipped to be self sufficient with, among the most important equipment, automatic polishing, automatic plasma welding, plasma cutting, electropolishing, and vessel head fabrication equipment.

Our multidisciplinary engineering team allows our customers to realize substantial savings as we provide a wide range of services under one roof. From project management, conception, design, fabrication up through installation and start-up, we adapt our proposal to the customer’s needs.

1. Installations: A team of persons in charge of the on site installation of our products.  Partially finished tank and equipment can be completed on site to suit existing installations and customer requirements.
2. Piping: A team of 12 persons (that can be divided in 5 sub-teams) is in charge of piping installations and modifications. We can provide "sanitary" quality services and equipments to the pharmaceutical, alimentary, dairy, brewery and chemical industries.
