Microencapsulation and Microspheres
Heating Chambers for Microencapsulates
Our specialized heating chambers
have been designed specifically for
use with our
Microsphere and Microencapsulation
Systems for either feed conditioning
or for drying of microspheres and
microencapsulates after processing.
In addition, the heating chambers
can be used independently as well
for alternative heating duties.
There are different types which are
built to match the customer's needs.
The Microencapsulates Feed Conditioning Heating
Chambers that we manufacture can be used for melting
feed materials and is directly connected with heat traced tubing to the feed
buffer chamber of our
microencapsulation technology.
The Feed Heating Chamber is
constructed to keep molten feed at
the appropriate temperature while it is being
processed. It has several options
which allow stirring, temperature
measurement and transportation of
the feed to the nozzle head where it
is processed into microspheres.
Our heating chambers are
designed to match client
requirements. Our standard temperature
design works to a maximum of 300°C,
but can be provided according to
your specific needs for much higher
temperatures as necessary.
