Spherisator M

We designed the Spherisator M, the main
objective was to build a microsphere system which is both easy to
use, small enough to fit on the benchtop, and allow for the range of
applications for industrial, phamaceutical, cosmetic, agricultural,
food, nutraceutical, and nuclear which we routinely handle. It was
of great importance to design the Spherisator M in such a way
that we offer standard modules or option for each of the
various applications and materials of the daily laboratory processes
for each of these industries which we serve.

Spherisator M
|
|
The Spherisator M comes with a complete set of components
including a basic set of binder and reaction fluids, so that it is
possible to start immediately with microsphere processing. Sample
recipes are included in the manual. For special applications, the
Spherisator M can be adapted for glove box use. The control of
the system, is then, outside of the glove box. This makes the use
with very toxic, high potency, or radioactive materials easily
possible. All options can be ordered together with the glove box
system that we offer. For the most convenient production of feed
solutions and suspensions,
we
offer a range of
binder systems and hardening solutions which are optimized for the
use with the Spherisator M.
