1. General information
- 1.1 This is multi‐functional Super Critical Fluid Extraction system, working either batchwise or continuously to extract a solvent from solid or liquid material
- 1.2 The system has one extractor and two separators
- 1.3 The highest working pressure of the solid extractor is 40Mpa, the highest working temperature is 80C
- 1.4 The design of pressure vessels adheres to the appropriate national rules and standards, is implemented with an overpressure protection system, and includes safety valves
- 1.5 The whole system’s aesthetics, safe and straight forward operation, pressure and temperature flow capacity can be shown from the pressure meter and digital instrumentation. The materials of piping and valves are all stainless steel (0Cr18Ni9Ti).

3.9 Safety system
- (1) The pressure pump has a limited pressure rating; we can set its working pressure range and stop the pump when the pressure exceeds it.
- (2) The extractor, separator, CO2 storage tank have safety valves to keep the system within safe working parameters.
