Our NEW Production Scale Wiped Film Evaporation and Short Path Evaporation (Molecular Distillation) Toll Distillation and Toll Processing system is a mulitple stage system incorporating both wiped film evaporators and short path evaporators.

Laboratory Wiped Film and Molecular Distillation Evaluations:

Starting with benchtop lab trials in our stainless steel Wiped Film or our glass Molecular (Short Path) Evaporation systems, we generate samples for analysis and to confirm appropriate operating conditions.  We customize our wiped film and short path distillation processing conditions to fulfill your product purity requirements.

Our laboratory is equipped with a variety of analytical tools including High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Gas Chromatography. 

Pilot Plant Testing Wiped Film Evaporation or Short Path Distillation
With a successful separation at the laboratory scale, we next carry out pilot plant wiped film and/or molecular distillation tests to quantify the qualitative results from the glass laboratory scale work.  This will enable us to obtain quantitative and scaleable data, produce samples in pails or drums of overhead or bottoms as required for your evaluations and your market development efforts, as well as to develop the necessary process information that will enable us to help you to scale up to your commercial molecular or short path distillation process.

Toll Distillation
Whether you need 100 grams of product separated, or hundreds of tons, we can meet your requirements with our wiped film and molecular distillation facilities which are equipped with fractional distillation capabilities. This can be for an interim or permanent production requirement depending on your strategic goals.  Our quality control and auditing capabilities will insure that the resultant product will be produced within your specification limits.
