Incorporating the latest available spray drying technologies advances, we build pilot and production spray drying systems on a turnkey basis, for companies who need to spray dry or to microencapsulate their products utilizing spray drying. We also retrofit, modernize, and relocate existing spray drying equipment to match accelerated timetables and tight budgets. Please see our laboratory through production spray dryer information through the links below.
TESTING: Utilizing our test centers located in the United States, we perform preliminary evaluation services with both open and closed loop Buchi systems, formulation development, as well as scale up pilot plant testing services (both short and long term toll production as well) to insure that the laboratory, pilot, and production spray dryers that we manufacture will fulfill our clients' expectations for their specific applications.
Production Spray Dryers
Implementing the latest in modern spray drying technologies, we build production spray drying systems on a turnkey basis, for companies who need to spray dry or microencapsulate their products. We provide these systems for multiple industries Worldwide.
WHAT IS SPRAY DRYING BY ATOMIZATION?
It is the process of creating extremely small droplets of a solution or suspension and introducing into a hot air current which dehydrates and spray dries the feed droplets instantly. This spray drying process provides a number of advantages when compared with other drying technologies.
ADVANTAGES OF SPRAY DRYING BY ATOMIZATION:
High performance with low residence time for heat sensitive products
Water evaporation cools down the atomized droplets allowing the use of higher drying air temperatures without product degradation.
Continuous processing which is consistently and reproducibly monitored and controlled.
Homogeneous and consistent production
Excellent presentation of final product
Installation and automation for single operator attendance
Full automation with latest distributed controls
Small product inventory inside the dryer
